12 Month City and Guilds
With the focus on intensive training within the college itself the students are encouraged to develop their skills under the guidance of the college tutors. Work experience modules are  encompassed in the course to provide realistic day to day salon experience. This also promotes team work and self confidence. The 12 month course is designed for:

  • Shampooing and condition hair and scalp
  • Style Dress and Finish Hair Using Basic Techniques
  • Change Hair Colour using Basic Techniques
  • Cut Hair using Basic Techniques
  • Give Clients a positve impression of yoruself and your organisation.
  • Fulfil Salon Reception Duties
  • Promote additional products for services to clients
  • Develop and maintain your effectiveness at work
  • Advise & Consult with client
 

Course Schedule
  • Starts September 2010 and finishes September 2011
  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays 9-6pm, Thurs 9-6 or 11-8, Fri 9-3
  • Timetables may vary .Non Technical 10 week modules will take place on Mondays for 4 hours. This will not be every Monday.
  • Course will include salon work, tutorials and work experience.
